Singapore, 30 September 2026. SGX-listed Autagco Ltd. has signed a non-binding MOU with two partners to develop residential care and wellness projects, starting with the Kempas Medical Valley in Johor. The partners are CCECC Asia-Pacific Regional Marketing Center and CRCC International Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd.
Shareholders approved Autagco’s move into care and wellness facilities on 8 September 2026. Under the MOU, each party has a role:
Autagco brings the land, market insights and liaison with regulators. CCECC brings construction, EPC delivery and financing. CRCC Consulting brings design and quality oversight.
CCECC will also discuss a possible equity investment in Autagco or its projects. Neither partner is related to Autagco.

Why Johor
Singapore and Malaysia launched the Johor–Singapore Special Economic Zone on 7 January 2025. Healthcare is one of its 11 target sectors. Qualifying new investments, including medical devices, can get a 5% corporate tax rate for up to 15 years. Eligible knowledge workers can get a 15% income tax rate for ten years. The two governments aim for 100 projects and 20,000 skilled jobs within ten years.
Next steps
The parties will negotiate binding contracts covering schedules, financing and how the projects are planned. The MOU itself is non-binding, and there is no certainty that the projects or the investment will go ahead.
